Sunny Beach Guest House is now open all year round thanks to energy-efficient measures

Sunny Beach Guest House is famous for its impeccable reputation thanks to the attentive staff and the efforts of the owner, Ruslan. To improve guest comfort and reduce the carbon footprint, Ruslan has started implementing energy-efficient measures and other green technologies.

The newly built building and conference room have had their attic and floor insulated, significantly improving the energy efficiency of these spaces. As a result, the heating costs for the newly insulated building were reduced due to lower coal consumption. In the near future, Ruslan plans to insulate the remaining buildings and install a heat pump for heating and hot water, which will completely eliminate the use of coal.

In addition, Sunny Beach has implemented a waste sorting system, which helps reduce the negative impact on the environment and increases environmental awareness among guests.

Benefits

After insulating the first building with 17 rooms, the guest house was able to operate in winter, which was previously impossible. In the first year alone, Ruslan earned 5 million soms during the winter period due to an increase in the number of visitors and improved comfort. This demonstrates that using energy-efficient and green technologies not only contributes to sustainable development but also brings significant economic benefits, making Sunny Beach an example of successfully combining comfort and environmental responsibility.
