"It is important to keep the hotel warm and cozy for the guests to sleep and relax in comfort. Gulmira Dzhumanazarova, the hotel owner in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan had been facing a challenge related to circulation of the heat transfer agent in the building's heating system.
Natural circulation of the heat transfer agent is quite a long process. So Gulmira decided to use energy-efficient circulation pumps in the heating system.
The circulation pump forces the heat circulation and recirculation in a closed-loop system. Such pumps normally run all day and night, and thus, it’s important to get an energy-efficient type. Almost all leading European manufacturers of pumping equipment offer energy-saving pumps. Such equipment usually has frequency regulation and electronic control systems with a wide range of operation controls and remote access.
BENEFIT
By installing an energy-efficient pump, the place now consumes 85% less electricity on heating, which is almost equal to 147 MWh per year. This measure also helps to reduce CO2 emissions by 33 tons every year."
